ABOUT THE JOB
The Brand Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of BÉIS's brand initiatives across partnerships, events, PR, and evergreen/launch storytelling. This role plays a critical part in bringing brand campaigns to life, managing day-to-day coordination across internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a seamless, on-brand consumer experience across all touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, offering exposure to high-impact collaborations, cultural activations, and brand-building initiatives.
This position reports directly to the Director, Brand Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership Support
- Assist in the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate timelines, product needs, marketing deliverables, and communication with external partners and agencies.
- Support research and identification of potential brand partners aligned with strategic priorities.
Events & Activations
- Support the planning and execution of brand events, launches, and experiential activations.
- Manage logistics including product allocation, shipping, guest lists, run-of-show documents, and on-site coordination as needed.
- Assist in post-event recaps, reporting, and performance analysis.
PR & Brand Communications
- Support day-to-day coordination with external PR teams, including product requests, award submissions, and press opportunities.
- Assist with sample tracking, shipment coordination, and inventory management for PR needs.
- Help compile press coverage, reports, and key brand moments.
Evergreen & Campaign Support
- Assist in the execution of evergreen brand campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination across creative, product, social, influencer, and e-commerce teams.
- Help track timelines, deliverables, and campaign performance.
Brand Strategy & Operations
- Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and consumer insights to support brand strategy.
- Assist with presentation building, campaign recaps, and internal reporting.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the brand marketing team.
Other related duties as required.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, partnerships, PR, events, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- Passion for brand storytelling, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
Compensation
This position's annual base salary range is from $75,000 – $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
