The Junior Account Manager plays a key role in supporting client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns. You will help manage day-to-day account operations, coordinate internal teams, and contribute to strategic planning and reporting. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a strategic client partner while building strong foundations in account management.
This is a 1-month contract position to provide coverage for an employee on medical leave.

What will you be responsible for?
- Client Management
- Support Account Managers as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, helping to build strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and follow-through.
- Help prepare for and participate in weekly client status calls, campaign check-ins, and presentations.
- Assist in translating client feedback into clear internal next steps across creative, influencer, paid, and strategy teams.
- Ensure client needs, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and tracked.
- Help identify opportunities to enhance client programs and contribute ideas during planning and brainstorm sessions.
- Account Management
- Help ensure all deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on time and within scope.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project status using tools such as Asana and shared project trackers.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and maintaining alignment with approved scopes of work.
- Support the preparation of reports, campaign recaps, and performance summaries that highlight key insights and next steps.
- Maintain organized documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and client communications.
- Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution
- Support Strategists and Account Managers in the development and execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
- Assist with research, including trend analysis, competitor audits, and platform best practices.
- Help organize brainstorms and contribute ideas that align with client goals and brand voice.
- Assist in developing client presentations, campaign decks, and reporting materials.
- Support campaign execution to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Internal Team Coordination
- Help keep internal teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including strategists, designers, influencer specialists, paid media managers, and producers.
- Assist with assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all aspects of campaign execution.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Agency Contribution
- Collaborate with Strategists, Account Managers, and Directors to share learnings and best practices.
- Contribute to Artisan Council’s internal initiatives, including documenting campaign case studies and sharing results.
- Support new business and growth initiatives as needed.
What kind of skills should you have?

- 1–3 years of experience in account management, project management, social media, influencer marketing, or a client-facing role (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and collaborative across teams and clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in interpreting performance data and campaign results.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
- Interest in beauty, social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within account management.
