How You Will Make an Impact as the Sr. Strategist, Social Content and Production
- Manage existing social media and influencer management teams
- Strategizes content with brand managers, other stakeholders
- Works thematically, upholding the calendar of marketing initiatives
- Creates content strategies and execution for Podcasts, Lives (in/out of The NEW YOU Studio)
- Works alongside the Executive Director / Producer for Amazon Lives
- Grow social channels following and engagement for each brand.
- Collaborate closely with brand management, graphics, producers, and influence managers to craft compelling organic social content and content captured from events into marketable content for social platforms such as X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, aligning with the overarching brand strategy.
- Manage celebs/key influencers and their teams to post efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital communications, or related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in managing social media platforms and content for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.
- Managed all content strategies for both paid and organic, including Meta and IG to launch consumer product goods brands
- Managed a YouTube Channel and grew it substantially for CPG company/brands.
- Experience with AI apps to create content is a plus.
- Have a strong understanding of brand voice and tone, specifically with the X platform.
- Demonstrated success in digital or social media strategy, translating brand marketing messages into engaging content.
- Experience collaborating closely with Brand Management and Digital teams to optimize content for brand awareness and engagement.
- Experience with planning, management, execution, and performance reporting on social platforms. Experience working with graphics teams or outside agencies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as work independently on projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, Capcut a plus
- Utilize AI tools and apps to create in-house content
- Proficiency in creating content for various digital platforms, with a deep understanding of their respective best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter that can take on tasks and projects and drive them to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear narratives for a wide range of stakeholder audiences.
