- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals.
- Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent online presence.
- Monitor social listening channels to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and respond promptly to customer inquiries or feedback.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve visibility.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as PR, sales, and product development to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads or other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners through effective relationship management practices.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Ability to create engaging multimedia content including videos (video editing skills preferred) and professional photography.
- Strong understanding of branding principles along with public relations experience to manage the company’s online reputation effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail for all written materials.
