Overview Influential is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive our hiring activity across a fast-moving influencer marketing organization. This role requires someone who can handle a high-volume of activity while bringing an exceptional level of care, judgment, and follow-through to every interaction across the total recruiting process.

You are a self-starter, taking the time to connect with the business, understanding what success looks like in different roles, and serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and an advocate for candidates throughout all aspects of the recruitment process. You are the face of the company and the experience that sets the tone for how we operate, you are expected to be present, ready and appropriately attired at all times, whether on camera or attending in-person interviews or meetings in-office.

This position may be required to work in our NYC office from time to time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles and seniority levels, including creator management, account management, creative, strategy, sales, and other business functions
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders and hiring managers by developing a strong understanding of business objectives and growth plans, team structures, role requirements, and cultural dynamics
  • Proactively provide updates to key stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Drive automation and adoption of ATS reports
  • Lead with a client-service standard of excellence approach across the whole recruiting experience for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, thoughtful compliance guidance, and follow-through to completion at every stage
  • Bring the latest best-in-class standards to sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, using a tailored approach based on role and team needs
  • Be the leader for role fulfillment, guiding hiring teams through best practices, interview planning, decision-making and system utilization
  • Ensure 100% accuracy for all data within our internal trackers and the ATS tool
  • Become a SME on our internal iCIMS and Talent Tracker (or any future ATS tools)
  • Partner with your Influential recruitment team and Publicis Groupe internal teams to ensure pipeline development that shortens time-to-hire and provides candidates when the business needs them
  • Maintain 100% alignment with latest legal and compliance requirements across the multi-state regions we operate, staying current and compliant with all required trainings
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of recruitment, our processes, systems and technology to partner with L&D and develop impactful training that drives adoption of internal tools and provides accreditation of training to all hiring teams
  • Maintain industry relationships and updates for our LinkedIn homepage, building connections with networking groups and representing the company at local recruitment fares and events
  • Proactively contribute ideas and recommendations to improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent as the organization grows
  • Support additional projects such as process improvements, documentation, employer branding initiatives, or other business needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Within commuting distance of NYC
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functions, role type, and seniority level
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skill, developing trust-based relationships across leaders, hiring team and candidates
  • Demonstrated competency working across a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and results driven approach with an attitude for action
  • Eager and fearless when diving into new business initiatives
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment and integrity in all actions
  • Highly adaptable and capable of delivering exceptional performance while navigating shifting priorities
  • Professional across all domains, in presence, communication and how you approach your work.

This role requires a hands-on recruiter who takes ownership, values strong partnerships, and is comfortable contributing beyond strictly defined recruiting tasks when business needs require it.

Compensation Range: $90,000- $110,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
