About the job
Neuro20 Technologies
On-Site | Full-Time | Oldsmar, Florida
Neuro20 Technologies is a
U.S.-based medical device manufacturer pioneering the Electrical Neuromuscular Modulation (ENM)
category. Our technology operates at the intersection of neuroscience, rehabilitation, and performance - and our brand must reflect the same level of precision, credibility, and innovation as our product.
We are seeking a highly capable, hands-on creative professional ready to take ownership of our design and content execution.
This is a production-heavy, execution-focused role inside a fast-growing medical device company. You will not be managing a team. You will be building - designing, creating, editing, refining, and helping shape the way Neuro20 communicates to patients, clinics and distributors.
This role is ideal for someone with several years of experience who is ready for greater responsibility, greater ownership, and greater visibility - and who wants to grow as the company grows.
You will work directly with leadership to translate strategy into finished materials that are compliant, professional, and high impact.
What You Will Own
Creative & Brand Execution
- Design and produce brochures, clinical one-pagers, investor decks, trade show assets, sell sheets, training materials, and digital advertising.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all materials (visual identity, language discipline, positioning).
- Elevate the Neuro20 brand while respecting regulatory and compliance standards.
Content & Messaging
- Develop accurate, professional messaging aligned with FDA-cleared indications.
- Write and refine content for web, social media, PR, and educational materials.
- Use AI tools intelligently to enhance productivity while maintaining precision and tone.
- Ensure all messaging reflects medical-grade credibility - not consumer wellness marketing.
- Develop and maintain structured digital content presence (social media and digital marketing)
- Plan and execute social media strategy.
- Create graphics, short-form videos, and visual storytelling across themes such as awareness, company news, science, technology, clinical education, testimonials, and success stories.
- Propose campaign ideas and content improvements proactively.
PR & Communications
- Draft press releases and announcements.
- Coordinate external releases with leadership and partners.
- Maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
Website Management
- Update and improve the WordPress-based website.
- Refine layouts, content clarity, imagery, and structure.
- Implement and manage SEO best practices including keyword research, on-page optimization, metadata structuring, internal linking, and performance tracking to improve visibility and search ranking.
Multimedia Production
- Perform advanced photo editing and video editing.
- Produce clean, high-resolution visual assets suitable for clinical, investor, and media-facing materials.
Required Experience
- 3+ years professional experience in graphic design and marketing execution.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, biotech, or regulated industries preferred but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through final production with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to enhance content creation.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has strong creative and design skills and wants greater ownership.
- Prefers building and executing rather than managing meetings.
- Is motivated by growth and advancement.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where priorities shift.
- Is adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Wants direct exposure to leadership and decision-making.
- Is confident enough to propose ideas and disciplined enough to follow direction precisely.
- Is ready to grow into larger responsibility as the company scales.
Who This Role Is NOT For
This role is not for someone who:
- Is seeking a remote position.
- Is entry-level or early in their career.
- Is looking for a pure social media posting role.
- Prefers coordination or management over hands-on creative execution.
- Is pursuing an influencer-style marketing position.
- Is seeking a slow-paced corporate marketing department with layered teams and defined silos.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role inside a serious medical device company.
What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months
By six months, the right candidate will have:
- Taken full ownership of creative execution with minimal supervision.
- Elevated the quality and consistency of brochures, web assets, and digital materials.

- Established structured, consistent social content themes.
- Demonstrated initiative by proposing creative improvements and campaign ideas.
- Proven reliability in delivering projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
