About the Role

We are looking for a Community & Creator Growth Manager to build and scale our organic presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit.

This role goes beyond content scheduling. You will own our social strategy, drive creator partnerships, build a high-performing UGC pipeline, and cultivate meaningful community engagement that supports acquisition and brand growth.

What You’ll Own

Organic Social Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute our organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Develop and manage a consistent, performance-driven content engine
  • Lead short-form video strategy and trend adaptation
  • Continuously optimize content based on engagement and platform performance signals

Creator & UGC Growth

  • Build and scale a structured creator sourcing pipeline
  • Identify, recruit, and manage micro and mid-tier creator partnerships
  • Develop clear creative briefs aligned with growth objectives
  • Collect and organize raw content for repurposing across paid and organic channels
  • Continuously test new hooks, angles, and content formats

Community Development

  • Actively engage with our audience across platforms to build trust and brand affinity
  • Participate authentically in relevant travel and digital nomad communities
  • Build presence within targeted Reddit conversations and communities
  • Identify and nurture brand advocates and power users
  • Surface recurring feedback and insights to marketing and product teams

Growth Alignment

  • Collaborate with paid media to test organic hooks before scaling
  • Ensure organic and creator content supports acquisition efforts
  • Track and report on engagement, content performance, and community growth metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, product, and brand teams
  • 5+ years managing organic social for consumer brands
  • Demonstrated success growing Instagram and TikTok accounts
  • Experience sourcing and managing creator and influencer partnerships
  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form content and captions
  • Deep understanding of short-form video strategy and hook development
  • Experience engaging in Reddit communities authentically
  • Experience building UGC pipelines that support paid acquisition
  • Basic video editing proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar

Strong Plus

Experience in travel, mobility, telecom, subscription, or app-based consumer products
