Lisa Lafferty Events is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools to effectively manage our online presence across multiple channels.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Create compelling visual content to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Integrate marketing campaigns that support online sales initiatives.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality before publication.
  • Assist in branding efforts by ensuring visual identity consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Support video editing projects for promotional videos or social media content.
  • Engage in relationship management with influencers, partners, and customers to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and keyword research strategies.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency.
  • Ability to create engaging content including photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of public relations principles and relationship management strategies.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
