We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for Coast-AL Orange Beach and The Orange Beach store, who will be integral to our overall growth plan and lead efforts to develop, implement, track, and optimize advertising campaigns across all media channels. This role requires a dedicated and ambitious individual that will spearhead community engagement. The Marketing Manager role includes numerous facets of social media and digital collateral management, and all special event execution from inception to completion.

  • Market the businesses for daily operations to increase traffic, sales, and any special events in conjunction with the annual marketing calendar
  • Be on-site and available to oversee the development of signage, menus, and all design elements as needed as well as create and design these assets
  • Be an ambassador for the business in the community to engage with local patrons, specialty groups, and civic organizations to drive overall brand awareness
  • Create and send out press releases when necessary
  • Manage the E-Blast and Text Databases
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Social Media Manager, and Content Creation Manager to design and publish all appropriate content
  • Design and facilitate large group events on the property to maximize total potential revenues
  • Develop and maintain marketing plans to maximize consumer impressions, target segmented consumer groups, and achieve growth goals
  • Leverage brand intrinsics to maximize value perception
  • Design all marketing collateral for all media outlets
  • Develop and execute all promotional campaigns in a timely and impactful manner
  • Implement and execute social media strategy on all platforms including all paid social media and influencer campaigns
  • Review and report data analytics to make recommendations for qualitative and quantitative consumer engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and generate new business prospects
  • Support, assist, and collaborate with all members of the operations team
  • Assist operations on site and digitally to maximize positive reviews across platforms and ensure best in class guest experiences
  • Manage e-commerce accounts and update products as needed with proper collection mapping, consistent key word theming, and strong internal linking
  • Consistently update internal digital assets to reflect promotions within the marketing calendar.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BA or marketing degree preferred
  • Proficient in design software systems such as Adobe, Photoshop, Shopify and Canva
  • 5 years relevant work experience (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred)
  • Strong writing skills
  • Highly organized with experience in managing against timelines
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics
  • A customer-focused attitude
  • Strong drive for results with a proven track record
  • Excellent understanding of team dynamics and proven leadership abilities in a collaborative team environment
  • Able to successfully accommodate multiple client’s needs at the same time
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Willingness to work peak hours including nights, weekends, and holiday

This position will report to the Marketing Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
