American Shineray Co., Inc. is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Specialist with recent powersports experience to boost brand visibility and drive dealer/customer leads. You'll handle content creation, social operations, website updates, and influencer partnerships in this hands-on role reporting to the President/Head of Sales.

Location & Travel
Coppell, TX (DFW area). Expect 10-15% travel for dealer visits, product demos, trade shows, and content shoots.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Update and maintain site content like product pages, specs, dealer locator, warranty info, FAQs, pricing, and service details.
  • Handle basic SEO (titles, meta tags, internal links, image optimization) and coordinate with teams on inventory, brochures, and compliance.
  • Track performance via Google Analytics for sessions, conversions, and top pages.

Social Media Strategy

  • Build and execute content calendars with weekly themes, product launches, dealer spotlights, how-to tips, and lifestyle posts on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Manage posting, community engagement, analytics, and repurposing across platforms to grow followers and engagement.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and steady output.

Content Creation

  • Shoot and edit videos/photos using phone, basic lights; focus on hooks, CTAs, thumbnails, and templates for shorts, reels, and long-form explainers.
  • Develop b-roll libraries, music/SFX guidelines, intros/outros for efficiency.
  • Capture assets at dealer events, test rides, and shoots.

Influencer Partnerships

  • Scout and recruit YouTube reviewers, off-road creators, golf cart influencers, and local KOLs.
  • Manage outreach, briefs, approvals, disclosures, schedules, and performance tracking (leads, views, ROI).
  • Build a results-driven program with codes and feedback handling.​

Campaigns & Leads

  • Support dealer recruitment, events, promos with landing pages, social pushes, and sales team coordination.
  • Track KPIs like views, engagement, traffic, CPL/CPA; run basic paid ads if experienced.

Requirements
Must-Haves:

  • Powersports marketing experience in the last 12 months (OEM, distributor, dealer, or agency).
  • Hands-on with YouTube/FB/TikTok: content that performs, full-cycle production (script/shoot/edit/post/engage).
  • CMS experience for website updates/troubleshooting.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Paid social (Meta/TikTok/YouTube) and tracking experience.
  • Dealer co-marketing, events/trade shows.
  • Basic design (thumbnails, one-pagers).

Tools

  • Video: CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
  • Design: Photoshop basics.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, UTM links, platform insights.
  • Scheduling/influencer tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
