Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven, and tech-savvy Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager to lead our brand presence across digital platforms while supporting overall marketing strategy. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on content creation and multimedia production.

The ideal candidate is a marketing graduate with strong social media expertise, photography and videography skills, and an interest or experience in podcast creation. You will be responsible for growing our audience, creating compelling visual content, managing campaigns, and helping tell our story in fresh, engaging ways.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals
  • Plan and manage monthly marketing calendars and campaigns
  • Coordinate promotions, events, launches, and special initiatives
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular analytics reports
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow all social media platforms (posting, scheduling, engagement, messaging)
  • Create original content including reels, short-form videos, graphics, and captions
  • Monitor trends and implement creative strategies to increase reach and engagement
  • Respond to comments and messages in a professional, timely manner
  • Run and optimize paid social ads when needed

Photography & Videography

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos for marketing, social media, website, and advertising
  • Edit photos and videos for various platforms (Reels, TikTok, Stories, long-form, etc.)
  • Produce behind-the-scenes, promotional, lifestyle, and branded content
  • Maintain and organize digital media libraries

Podcast Support (Optional but Preferred)

  • Assist with or lead podcast production, including:
  • Recording setup
  • Basic audio/video editing
  • Episode scheduling and publishing
  • Promotional clips and graphics
  • Help develop podcast topics and content strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong photography and videography skills (portfolio preferred)
  • Proficiency in content editing tools (e.g., Adobe, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, etc.)
  • Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with podcast production
  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Influencer or partnership marketing experience
  • Familiarity with email marketing platform
