Full-Time Personal Assistant / Stylist (Miami-Based)

We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant / Stylist to support a high profile individual. This role requires someone who is highly organized, fashion-forward, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Location: Miami, FL (must be based in Miami)

Availability: Full-time, with flexible hours

Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling, errands, and personal tasks
• Support styling needs for appearances, events, shoots, and travel
• Source outfits, manage wardrobe, and coordinate fittings
• Take high-quality photos and assist with content capture as needed
• Pack, organize, and manage clothing for travel
• Liaise with stylists, designers, and other vendors
• Be on-call during travel, events, and high-demand periods

Requirements

• Miami-based and able to work in person
• Willing and able to travel
• Prior experience in fashion, styling, or wardrobe assistance
• Strong eye for style and attention to detail
• Comfortable taking photos (iPhone and/or camera experience a plus)
• Highly organized, discreet, and reliable
• Experience as a personal or executive assistant preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience working with a public figure, influencer, or celebrity
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and designers
• Social media or content experience
