What You’ll Do:
Own Organic Social Media (Primary Focus)
- Lead organic social strategy, content creation, publishing, and reporting for multiple client brands
- Concept, design, write, schedule, publish, and analyze content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube
- Serve as the voice of the brand online through thoughtful, engaging community management
- Respond to DMs and comments, moderate conversations, de-escalate complaints, and escalate when appropriate
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple accounts while meeting deadlines
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on platform analytics and KPIs
Expand Into Broader Digital Marketing
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns and grow into deeper email strategy ownership
- Support paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships as responsibilities expand
- Explore and experiment with AI tools to enhance content creation and workflow efficiency
Deliver Early Impact (First 90 Days)
- Seamlessly take over existing accounts and maintain consistent posting
- Establish strong community management standards with quick, professional response times
- Introduce fresh content ideas that positively impact engagement metrics
- Begin supporting additional digital initiatives beyond organic social
- Demonstrate proactive communication and reliable follow-through
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on social media experience (agency, brand-side, or both)
- Experience in a CPG environment strongly preferred
- Strong content creation skills across major social platforms
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and social scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
- Photo editing proficiency (Photoshop, Affinity, Canva, or similar)
- Video editing experience (After Effects, CapCut, Premiere, etc.) preferred
- Strong understanding of platform analytics and performance tracking
- Foundational knowledge of email marketing with eagerness to expand
- Customer-service oriented with strong online communication skills
- Professional yet personable community management approach
- Organized and deadline-driven in a multi-client environment
- Curious and proactive about AI and emerging digital trends
- Flexible — understands that social media may require occasional evening/weekend monitoring
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with social listening platforms (Meltwater, Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
- E-commerce/Shopify familiarity
- Photography or videography skills
- Crisis communications experience
- Agency background managing multiple brands
