We’re hiring:
We’re partnering with a growing fashion brand to hire a Brand Marketing Associate to drive campaign execution and marketing operations across the business.
This role sits at the center of the marketing engine. You’ll work closely with their creative leadership and brand stakeholders to turn ideas into structured, on-time execution — from product launches and photoshoots to digital rollouts.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited to take ownership in a fast-moving brand environment.
What you’ll own
- Seasonal campaign calendars aligned to product drops
- Cross-functional coordination between design, sales, and communications
- Photoshoot planning and scheduling logistics
- Social + email rollout planning
- Concept + execution of Stories on IG
- Influencer outreach and tracking
- Asset tracking and delivery workflows
- Timeline management and approvals
- Launch readiness and weekly status reporting
- Process improvements that support a growing team
- In-store and on location event support
You’ll thrive in this role if you

Tools & responsibilities you’ll touch daily
You’re comfortable operating across marketing systems and jumping in where needed. This role includes hands-on coordination plus light asset creation and influencer management.
- Canva and basic asset creation/editing for social + email
- Excel / Google Sheets for budget and campaign tracking
- Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Influencer and affiliate platforms (LTK, AWIN, etc.)
- Acting as primary contact for influencer outreach and coordination
- Social scheduling and reporting tools (Later)
- Asset organization and delivery across teams (Google drive, Dropbox)
This is an in-office role based in Philadelphia.
Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 , depending on experience.
