About The Role As Associate Brand Manager on Emergen‑C, you will help bring the brand into its next era of cultural relevance, digital excellence, and consumer‑obsessed innovation. This role is perfect for a marketer excited to sit at the intersection of culture, creativity, data, and science , and who wants to build modern brand‑building skills while driving meaningful business impact.

You’ll support platform leads across innovation, social, digital commerce, and sustainability , helping ensure Emergen‑C shows up boldly, culturally fluently, and insight‑first — everywhere consumers are.

This is a full-time, flexible hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in-office, reporting to Haleon’s Warren, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities Modern Comms Development (Support)

  • Support development of social‑first, earned‑worthy ideas built from consumer insights, platform behaviors, and cultural signals.
  • Help execute cross‑platform content across earned, owned, organic, and paid channels.
  • Contribute to scientific storytelling, translating product and wellness benefits into engaging, scroll‑stopping creative in partnership with medical, R&D, and innovation teams.

Performance Marketing & Digital Growth (Support)

  • Partner with Performance Marketing to monitor campaigns, pull data, track KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support A/B tests, personalization briefs, and agile learning plans.
  • Help maintain Emergen‑C’s presence in digital commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) through content updates and performance tracking.

Brand Strategy & Annual Planning (Support)

  • Contribute insights to annual and multi‑year brand strategy (e.g., priority audiences, cultural trends, seasonal behaviors).
  • Help analyze brand health, category performance, competitor activity, and emerging wellness trends.
  • Support execution of modern shopper and retail experiences in partnership with Customer Strategy & Planning.

Cross‑Functional Leadership (Executional Excellence)

  • Partner daily with CSP, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, and Global teams.
  • Manage creative and research agencies on day‑to‑day tasks, feedback cycles, and asset delivery.
  • Keep work moving with proactive problem‑solving and strong project management.

Why you? Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or consumer‑focused roles
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content, and online consumer behavior
  • Ability to turn insights and data into clear recommendations
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (written, visual, presentation)
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, highly cross‑functional teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in CPG, wellness, beauty, or adjacent consumer categories
  • Exposure to performance marketing, influencer programs, ecommerce, or social analytics
  • Experience with or passion for culture‑driven brand building
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

This role is designed to grow the next generation of digitally fluent, culturally literate brand builders .

Compensation: The salary range for this role is: $115,765 - $144,706 plus an annual bonus.

Location: This role is based in based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
