TikTok GO is a creator-driven commerce and distribution program connecting travel content with real-world bookings. Through short-form video, creators promote hotels, attractions, and travel experiences that users can directly purchase. The program bridges content, conversion, and destination marketing, enabling travel partners to reach new audiences through creator-led storytelling.
Our TikTok GO creator program operates nationwide, working with creators, regional partners, travel destinations, and tourism organizations to scale commercial impact and long-term partnerships.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven TikTok GO Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for TikTok GO initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of creator operations, campaign execution, and performance tracking, ensuring smooth onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimization of creators and campaigns.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workflows, and experienced in coordinating across creators, internal teams, and platform partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support during peak workload periods, including multi-account and multi-campaign coordination
- Monitor daily GMV and operational performance across assigned TikTok GO accounts and creators
- Support the preparation of recurring reports (weekly and monthly), including GMV summaries, key insights, and action recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with TikTok GO backend metrics and internal tracking systems
- Translate account strategies and campaign plans into actionable internal execution tasks
- Coordinate with Affiliate, video, and other internal teams to submit, track, and follow up on execution requests
- Maintain and organize operational documentation such as SOPs, workflows, platform policy updates, and campaign trackers
- Plan, coordinate, and execute TikTok GO–related activations and creator events, including pre-event preparation, on-site or virtual execution, and post-event follow-up
- Assist in collecting data and operational insights to support strategic expansion and optimization decisions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operations, creator management, influencer marketing, or platform-related roles
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, creator ecosystems, or short-form video platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
