TikTok Shop Account Manager

We’re looking for a motivated TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our team in North Carolina. If you love dynamic environments, building relationships, and helping creators achieve real results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily shop operations, including product uploads, order tracking, and ensuring smooth customer experiences.
• Monitor key metrics, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable recommendations to increase sales and engagement.
• Serve as a trusted contact for creators and brands, answering questions, resolving issues, and nurturing strong relationships.
• Participate in hands-on training covering TikTok Shop tools, account optimization strategies, and creator collaboration best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for TikTok, social commerce, and influencer marketing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies
• Experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, CRM, or B2B marketing is a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is highly valued
• Ability to work U.S. (PST) hours

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
