Marketing Associate Position Summary
The Marketing Associate will own and manage all marketing execution and reporting functions at ARTE MUSEUM Las Vegas.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring both creative execution and analytical discipline. The ideal candidate must be capable of independently managing social media, content production, PR coordination, DOOH campaigns, events, and marketing communications — while delivering structured, concise, executive-level reports that enable fast and informed decision-making.
This role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Team Leader and the General Manager.
Marketing Associate Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management
· Own and manage all official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
· Maintain and execute monthly content calendar.
· Plan, shoot, and edit photo/video content (Reels, short-form video, behind-the-scenes, event content).
· Produce copy aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
· Ensure consistent brand positioning and engagement growth.
· Monitor platform trends and algorithm changes.
· Manage community engagement and direct messaging when needed.
Tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Content Creation & Multimedia Production
· Independently capture high-quality photo and video content onsite.
· Edit content for multiple formats and platforms.
· Create marketing assets (digital signage, event visuals, promotional materials).
· Ensure visual consistency with ARTE MUSEUM global branding standards.
- Email Marketing & CRM
· Design, write, and distribute newsletters to subscriber base.
· Manage segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.
· Integrate email campaigns with social and event promotions.
· Track open rate, CTR, conversion metrics.
· Maintain subscriber list hygiene and growth strategy.
- DOOH & OOH Advertising
· Coordinate Digital Out-of-Home campaigns (billboards, LED, digital signage).
· Communicate with vendors and partners.
· Track impressions, placements, and performance.
· Evaluate ROI and recommend optimization strategies.
- Influencer Marketing & Paid Media
· Identify and recruit relevant influencers.
· Negotiate collaboration terms.
· Coordinate influencer content deliverables.
· Integrate influencer content into paid campaigns when applicable.
· Support Meta and Google Ads campaign tracking.
- Events & Promotional Campaigns
· Conceptualize and execute marketing-driven special events.
· Manage vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site execution.
· Oversee promotional rollouts across all channels.
· Support venue buyouts and partnership marketing efforts.
- Public Relations
· Coordinate with PR agencies and media outlets.
· Draft press releases and media communication.
· Monitor press coverage and maintain media archive.
· Track earned media value and exposure metrics.
- Reporting & Executive Communication (Critical)
· Deliver structured monthly marketing reports.
· Provide clear KPI dashboards across:
- Social growth & engagement
- Email performance
- Paid media metrics
- Influencer ROI
- DOOH exposure
- Event performance
· Translate data into insights and action recommendations.
· Present findings concisely for executive review.
· Support budget allocation decisions with data.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years marketing or social media experience.
- Strong analytical skills and reporting capability.
- Strong content shooting and editing skills.
- High proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets reporting capability .
- Creative and data-driven.
- Detail-focused and highly organized.
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean bilingual
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with DOOH campaign coordination
- Experience in experiential marketing, museum, LBE, or entertainment industry
- Experience presenting marketing performance to management
