Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and managing multiple social channels efficiently.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content visibility on search engines and social platforms.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and refine marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach and media engagement.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints while supporting e-commerce growth through targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, build relationships with influencers, and foster community growth through active engagement.
  • Produce visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools to create captivating multimedia assets.
  • Maintain a keen eye for proofreading content before publication to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visuals.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research to enhance content discoverability across search engines.
  • Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends effectively.
