Digital Content Specialist (Junior)

Company: Red Cube (Full-time, supporting the Fei & Eve brand)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area (3 days on-site in Hayward, CA / 2 days remote)

About the RoleFei & Eve, an emerging DTC pet brand incubated by Red Cube, is looking for a creative and pet-loving Junior Digital Content Specialist. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to execute social media, influencer partnerships, and CRM initiatives in the North American market. This is an excellent growth opportunity for early-career professionals who want hands-on experience in DTC marketing and brand building.

Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following areas (internships count): social media management, influencer marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, or e-commerce.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

• Collaborate with the Brand Manager on content direction, tone, and calendar planning
• Manage day-to-day content creation and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Develop content briefs and coordinate with designers and creators
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize engagement, growth, and conversion
• Identify and execute emerging trends within the pet industry

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Source, evaluate, and manage North American KOL/KOC/UGC creators
• Develop collaboration frameworks, compensation structures, and content reuse systems
• Build and maintain a scalable creator pipeline
• Track ROI and document best practices for repeatable success

Email & CRM Marketing

• Create and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo or Omnisend
• Develop content calendars and campaign themes
• Analyze open rates, CTR, and revenue performance to improve retention and engagement

E-commerce & Team Support

• Occasionally assist with customer support (English email communication)
• Support shipping and fulfillment coordination when needed
• Assist with brand campaigns and community initiatives

QualificationsRequired:

• U.S. college education or significant experience living in North America
• Strong understanding of U.S. culture, aesthetics, and social media landscape
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube content strategy
• Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Omnisend
• Prior influencer collaboration experience or strong content portfolio
