Soberlink works at the intersection of recovery, family systems, and accountability. Our content supports clinicians, legal professionals, and families navigating alcohol-related concerns, and accuracy, tone, and credibility matter.
We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist who is genuinely interested in counseling, behavioral health, or recovery-related work and who can translate complex, sensitive topics into clear, educational content across blogs, articles, and social media.
This role is best suited for someone who is drawn to thoughtful, educational content rather than influencer-style social media and who is comfortable working in spaces that require nuance, discretion, and care.
This is a content-first role . Social media is a primary channel, but writing is the core skill.
What You’ll Do
Write and publish:
- educational content for social media
- blog posts
- articles
Create and manage organic social media content:
- content planning
- writing captions and short-form educational posts
- maintaining a consistent, professional voice
Develop and run paid social media ads:
- write ad copy
- test messaging and creative
- monitor and optimize performance
Adapt long-form content into short-form social content
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is accurate, aligned, and appropriate for clinical-adjacent audiences
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing skills across long-form and short-form content
- Experience with organic social media and paid social media advertising
- Comfortable writing about sensitive or complex topics
- Ability to balance clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
Preferred Background (Strongly Preferred)
Interest in or education related to:
- counseling
- psychology
- social work
- behavioral health

Experience creating content for:
- healthcare
- recovery
- mental health
- legal or professional audiences

- Growing Soberlink’s social media presence in a thoughtful, credible way that prioritizes education, trust, and long-term audience value over trends or virality
- Strengthening Soberlink’s position as the most trusted and widely recommended alcohol monitoring solution through consistent, accurate, and professionally aligned messaging
- Using content to support increased website traffic by clearly communicating Soberlink’s value, use cases, and differentiation across organic and paid social
- Contributing to higher-quality conversions by creating content and ad messaging that sets appropriate expectations, attracts the right audiences, and reinforces credibility throughout the customer journey

Salary: $70k - $80k
