Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be involved in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, conducting market research, creating engaging content, and learning about digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other platforms.
• Drive to job sites to take pictures and videos.
• Conduct research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Create compelling content for blogs, social media, and advertisements under supervision.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency and effective communication strategies.
• Learn and assist in SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and traffic.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights.
• Support the production and distribution of marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Assist in building relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Internship or coursework experience in marketing is a plus.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, social media, and content creation.
• Basic Wordpress experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
• Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
