Key Responsibilities:
Hunt for New Business & Expand Market Reach:
- Be on the lookout for untapped opportunities in the elevator and escalator industry.
- Leverage your market knowledge to develop bold strategies for market penetration and build a loyal customer base.
- Build and maintain a powerful network of influencers—consultants, developers, contractors—and make key connections that open doors.
Client Relationships That Stick:
- Engage potential clients and dive deep into their needs to offer customized, best-in-class elevator solutions.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Keep clients happy through ongoing communication and support, ensuring they’re thrilled with our solutions.
Close the Deal & Drive Sales:
- Present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and make sure your deals are always win-win.
- Collaborate with your teammates and technical experts to design the perfect solutions for each unique client need.
- Be the trusted consultant clients turn to for all their vertical transportation needs.
Collaborate & Conquer:
- Partner with internal teams (operations, project management, etc.) to ensure smooth, timely project delivery.
- Offer valuable market insights that will help shape our product offerings, marketing strategies, and overall service excellence.
Keep the Train Moving:
- Assist in ensuring seamless project coordination, including service, repair, and modernization solutions.
- Stay on top of ongoing projects and resolve client concerns quickly and efficiently, maintaining satisfaction.
Own Your Success:
- Track and report your performance, sales pipeline, and key market trends.
- Help develop strategies to surpass your targets and set the stage for even bigger wins.
What You Need to Bring:
- 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or project management in the elevator, construction, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of vertical transportation solutions—elevators, escalators, and the tech behind them.
- A bold, proactive, and consultative approach to sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills that help you close deals and build relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of spotting and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
