Parfum de Fit is a premium youth activewear brand blending performance, softness, and elevated elegance. Inspired by the concept of “perfumed comfort,” we design athletic essentials that feel as refined as they look.

We are a growing startup building both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels — and we are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator who will support and execute Parfum de Fit’s marketing campaigns in close collaboration with the founders.

This role focuses on campaign coordination, content creation, social media management, Shopify website updates, and promotional support. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will work closely with the founders and collaborate with our web designer to gather visuals, prepare marketing materials, and execute cohesive campaigns across channels.

This is a hands-on execution role with room for growth as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign

  • Develop, implement, and optimize integrated multichannel marketing strategies across digital, social media, print, email, and e-commerce platforms
  • Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and company growth goals
  • Lead new collection launches and website campaign planning to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Build and maintain Parfum de Fit’s positioning as a premium youth activewear brand
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all marketing channels

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

  • Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and product releases
  • Lead content creation and copywriting for social media, website, email, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine strategy

3. Website & E-Commerce Optimization (Shopify)

  • Oversee Shopify website campaign updates including homepage banners, collection pages, and product storytelling
  • Coordinate with web designer to gather creative assets and implement campaign visuals
  • Manage Shopify content updates, product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional sections
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic and search rankings
  • Optimize product pages and launch funnels to improve conversion rates
  • Support minor website adjustments and collaborate on functionality improvements

4. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and marketing dashboards
  • Analyze data trends, track KPIs (traffic, ROAS, engagement, conversion rate), and refine strategies to improve results
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment

5. Market Research, Retail Support & Product Promotion

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences
  • Translate research insights into targeted marketing initiatives
  • Support product teams by creating promotional content that highlights product features, benefits, and unique selling points
  • Respond to retail and wholesale-related marketing inquiries and support retail partners with promotional materials

6. Promotions, Events & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Manage online promotions including email campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital activations
  • Organize and support offline promotional events, trade shows, and brand activations
  • Align marketing timelines with product releases and inventory planning
  • Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategy in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience (fashion, lifestyle, athletic, or premium consumer brands preferred)
  • Proven experience leading multichannel marketing campaigns integrating social media, email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, and event promotion
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Deep understanding of social media marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
  • Experience managing paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategy
  • Experience planning website campaigns and product launches
  • Strong copywriting skills tailored to both B2C (consumer) and B2B (wholesale/retail partners) audiences
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred :

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating or adjusting marketing materials
  • Basic HTML knowledge for minor website updates
  • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce optimization
  • Experience with influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Background in research methodologies to gather consumer insights and inform strategy
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and campaign forecasting
  • Trade show, retail, or event marketing experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,775.79 - $61,149.33 per year
