Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and Overstock.

This role combines strategy and execution, overseeing marketplace operations, digital marketing, performance analytics, and brand growth.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi-channel e-commerce experience, strong SNS marketing capability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.

This position will play a key leadership role in building and expanding our e-commerce division.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management & Growth

  • Manage and optimize Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and other marketplaces
  • Execute strategies to increase revenue, traffic, and conversion rate
  • Oversee listings, SEO keywords, A+ content, and catalog management
  • Monitor account health, compliance, and performance metrics
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and competitive analysis

Digital & SNS Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Manage paid ads including Amazon PPC, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Develop influencer and creator partnerships
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI

Content & Brand Development

  • Oversee product images, videos, and enhanced content
  • Collaborate with designers or create basic visuals using Canva or Adobe
  • Maintain brand consistency across digital channels
  • Build storytelling strategies targeting younger audiences

Operations & Performance

  • Coordinate inventory forecasting with operations
  • Monitor fulfillment including FBA, FBM, and 3PL
  • Track KPIs such as sales, ACOS/TACOS, conversion rate, traffic, and margin
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Expansion & New Channels

  • Identify new marketplace opportunities
  • Support international expansion where applicable
  • Build SOPs and scalable systems for long-term growth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of multi-channel e-commerce experience
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Walmart Marketplace
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising, SEO listing optimization, and conversion strategy
  • SNS marketing and paid media campaign experience
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graphic design capability using Adobe, Canva, or Figma
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or influencer-based marketing
  • Experience launching private label brands
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
