Role Overview
We’re seeking an Operations Campaign Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering flawless execution. This role serves as the operational lead once campaigns move from sales to activation, ensuring seamless communication, precise timeline management, and on-time delivery of all assets.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. They anticipate needs before they arise, communicate clearly and confidently with brand partners, and ensure internal systems remain accurate and up to date at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Ownership:
Serve as the primary brand contact post-activation, leading a seamless transition from the Brand Partnerships team to Operations, while managing all external communications to deliver clear, consistent client updates.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution:
Own full campaign lifecycle management, including timelines, deliverables, contract usage tracking, and activation milestones to drive timely, accurate execution.
- Timeline & Risk Management:
Proactively monitor campaign schedules, anticipate delays or bottlenecks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and protect launch timing.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with internal teams such as Brand Partnerships, Logistics, Education and Creative to keep campaigns efficient and within scope.
- Systems & Documentation Management:
Maintain real-time accuracy in Wagtail for active campaigns while maintaining data integrity across all other systems such as GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
- Syndication & Vendor Oversight:
Oversee third-party review syndication setup and vendor coordination to support proper campaign integration across platforms.
- Client Communication Excellence:
Manage brand updates, scheduled check-ins, and post-campaign summaries while maintaining a 24-hour response standard and exceptional professionalism.
- Reporting & Deliverables:
Oversee the preparation and structured delivery of final campaign content and data files, serving as quality control to uphold precision and polished presentation.
- Internal Leadership:
Schedule and lead weekly All Hands meetings with defined agendas, clear ownership, and actionable follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, account management, or operations within marketing, advertising, influencer, or CPG environments.
- Proven success in a direct client-facing role owning timelines, deliverables, and overall execution.
- Demonstrated ability to manage 50–100 concurrent, customized campaigns in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Exceptional organizational rigor with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Self-directed operator with full accountability for outcomes and follow-through.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Wagtail systems.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, review syndication, or beauty/retail ecosystems preferred.
