Fashion Brand Intern – All-Around Position

Heart of Sun is a growing women’s fashion brand focused on elevated, vintage-inspired silhouettes and modern minimalism. We are a small, fast-moving team and are looking for a hands-on intern who wants real experience inside a fashion brand — not just coffee runs.

This role is for someone who wants to learn every part of how a fashion brand operates.

What You’ll Do

This is an all-around brand assistant role. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily social media content (Instagram + TikTok)
• Filming and editing short-form video
• Helping organize content shoots
• Product uploads and website updates (Shopify)
• Graphic design support (lookbooks, emails, assets)
• Packing orders + assisting with wholesale orders
• PR outreach + influencer seeding
• Community management (responding to comments & DMs)
• Organizing inventory and samples
• General brand support as needed

You will be trained — we care more about mindset than experience.

Who You Are

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable on camera and behind the camera
• Strong work ethic (not afraid to get hands dirty packing orders)
• Interested in fashion, branding, and digital marketing
• Familiar with Instagram & TikTok
• Basic understanding of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe is a plus
• Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented

This is NOT a passive role. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with a brand and contribute meaningfully.

Part-time (2–3 days per week)
