Job Summary
The Spa by RescueMD is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Front Office & Marketing Coordinator who will serve as the face of the spa while also supporting marketing, social media, patient retention, and event growth initiatives.

This role is not a passive receptionist role — it is a revenue-generating position responsible for converting leads, increasing client retention, promoting memberships, and supporting content creation.

Core ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Experience

  • Greet and check in clients with a luxury, concierge-level experience
  • Answer phones, texts, and web leads (high conversion focus)
  • Schedule and optimize provider calendars
  • Verify services, pricing, packages, and memberships
  • Collect payments and manage POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, professional front office environment

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Convert incoming leads into booked appointments
  • Present and sell treatment packages and memberships
  • Rebook clients before they leave
  • Perform follow-up calls/texts for:
  • No-shows
  • Unsold consultations
  • Lapsed clients
  • Promote monthly specials and events
  • Track daily conversion metrics

Key KPI Targets:

  • Lead → Booking conversion rate
  • Rebooking rate
  • Membership sales
  • Package sales
  • Monthly revenue per client

Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Film short-form content (Reels, TikTok, before/after, provider clips)
  • Post and schedule social media content
  • Capture in-office photos/videos daily
  • Assist with email and SMS campaigns
  • Coordinate giveaways and promotions
  • Support Google review generation

Events & Community Outreach

  • Help plan and execute open house events
  • Coordinate pop-ups and local partnerships
  • Assist with influencer and model day scheduling
  • Represent the spa at marketing events

Administrative & CRM Tasks

  • Maintain lead tracking in CRM
  • Manage intake forms and client documentation
  • Track marketing sources for new clients
  • Assist with inventory front-desk items

Ideal Candidate

✔ Strong sales personality (not order-taker)
✔ Comfortable on camera and filming content
✔ Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
✔ Experience in med-spa, aesthetics, fitness, or luxury retail preferred
✔ Excellent phone etiquette and closing skills
✔ Organized, proactive, and metrics-driven

Potential to earn commissions with this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
