Tender & True Pet Nutrition, a leading Organic pet food producer, is seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to help drive the continued growth of our brand. This senior‑level role is responsible for leading brand strategy, shaping long‑term brand direction, creating compelling marketing initiatives, and developing successful customer‑focused programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Ecommerce Strategy
- Develop and execute brand objectives, long‑term strategies, and growth plans, with a significant focus on digital and ecommerce channels.
- Support revenue and sales growth targets through data‑driven initiatives across DTC platforms, Amazon, third‑party marketplaces, and retail partner ecommerce sites.
- Lead agency and technology partners in developing fully integrated digital marketing programs—including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
Digital Brand Execution
- Ensure all brand messaging, creative, and product content meets ecommerce best practices and aligns with established brand guidelines.
- Optimize digital content, including product pages, enhanced brand content (A+), imagery, and customer communications.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance using KPIs such as digital conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and marketplace share; recommend adjustments based on insights.
Product Development & Launches
- Manage new product development initiatives—including ecommerce‑optimized packaging, forecasting, digital launch planning, and distribution strategies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, supply chain, and accounting teams to support ecommerce fulfillment, pricing strategy, and cross‑department initiatives aimed at brand growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven marketing professional with expertise in positioning, branding, communication, and innovation strategy.
- Demonstrated success with digital brand development and ecommerce brand building.
- Ability to generate, refine, and communicate new ideas effectively.
- Strategic thinker able to champion change and drive online category growth.
- Collaborative leader with experience working across teams and departments.
- Excellent command of the English language with strong writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and a range of relevant ecommerce software tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of five (3) years of relevant marketing and/or brand management experience.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies is strongly preferred.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
