Job Summary
Luxury Beauty Brand | Hybrid (Remote + In-Store Filming)

We are a fast-growing luxury press-on nail brand expanding in major shopping centers. We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media & Content Manager to help grow our digital presence and strengthen our brand voice.

This is a part-time role for someone who genuinely enjoys creating short-form content and understands what performs on Instagram and TikTok. You will work closely with the founder and have real ownership over content execution.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content

  • Plan and post consistent short-form content (Instagram Reels / TikTok)
  • Film and edit product-focused videos (aesthetic, trend-driven, engaging)
  • Develop weekly content calendars
  • Stay current on beauty and fashion trends
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity

Email Marketing

  • Draft and schedule 1 marketing email per week
  • Write compelling subject lines and clear calls-to-action
  • Suggest visuals and product highlights
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and performance metrics
  • Provide simple weekly analytics summaries

Growth & Brand Support

  • Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations
  • Identify content opportunities based on trending topics
  • Suggest creative ideas to increase engagement and sales

What We’re Looking

  • Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok trends
  • Experience creating short-form content (personal or brand)
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc. is a plus)
  • Strong aesthetic sense (beauty/fashion experience preferred)
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Available 12–15 hours per week
  • Able to film in-store 1–2 times per week (flexible scheduling)

Compensation

  • $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
