Role Overview:
The Marketing & Sales Associate will combine marketing, sales, and patient engagement responsibilities. This role involves executing campaigns, managing social media, supporting patient acquisition, coordinating events, and helping convert leads into booked services.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Create and manage content for social media and email campaigns.
• Support marketing campaigns for new services, promotions, and events.
• Assist with website updates and online presence management.
• Track marketing metrics and report on campaign performance.

Sales & Patient Growth:

• Follow up on marketing leads and inquiries to convert them into appointments.
• Assist in promoting service packages, memberships, and seasonal offers.
• Support patient retention initiatives, referral programs, and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maximize revenue-generating opportunities.

Event & Community Engagement:

• Help organize community events, open houses, webinars, and influencer partnerships.
• Represent the clinic at local events to drive awareness and attract new patients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing or sales experience (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
• Social media savvy with content creation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and leads.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a plus.
