As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence and drive measurable growth.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Specialist to manage and execute all marketing initiatives for our Med Spa. This role blends creativity with strategy — from content creation and campaign planning to analytics tracking and brand development.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness, branding, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including flyers, menus, signage, and social graphics
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Capture photos and videos for marketing (with client consent)
• Write compelling copy for ads, promotions, and social media
• Manage and grow all social media platforms and engagement
• Track analytics and optimize performance
• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
• Assist with email marketing and newsletters
• Update website content as needed
• Monitor and respond to online reviews
• Develop in-clinic marketing materials and promotional signage
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns and special offers
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
• Support events such as grand openings and client appreciation days
• Research market trends and competitor strategies
• Propose and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, social media management, or brand development
• Strong content creation skills (photo and video editing preferred)
• Proficiency in Canva and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Experience in medspa, beauty, wellness, or healthcare marketing preferred
