About Us

At Digital Guard Dawg, we’re not your average automotive electronics company — we’re innovators redefining how vehicles start and stay secure. As the world’s leading manufacturer of RFID and keyless ignition systems for automotive, motorcycle, and fleet applications, our products are trusted by top builders, motorsports manufacturers, and fleet operators worldwide. You’ll see our systems sold through industry giants like Summit Racing, JEGS, Revzilla, Speedway, and JP Cycles.

We’re now looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Associate — someone with real sales talent, a passion for cars and motorcycles, and the drive to help expand our brand’s reach.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of both inbound sales calls and leads as well as make outgoing marketing calls — closing leads, supporting customers, and keeping our products in front of enthusiasts and pros alike.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and close sales over phone and email.
  • Identify and contact new potential dealers.
  • Manage follow-ups, upsells, and customer relationship tracking in our CRM.
  • Support new product launches and promotional sales efforts.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize company listings on Amazon and eBay.
  • Collaborate with YouTube influencers and brand partners on content campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across all channels.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years inside sales experience, with proven ability to close.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys talking with customers about cars and technology.
  • Experience managing leads and pipeline activity in a CRM system.
  • Experience managing Amazon and eBay store listings
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive, motorcycle, or powersports industry.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of 12V automotive electronics, alarms, or remote start systems.
  • Basic Photoshop or video editing skills.
  • Experience running Facebook or Google ad campaigns.

Why Join Us

We’re a small, passionate team that values creativity, self-reliance, and problem-solving. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact — not just follow a script. If you’re looking for a hands-on sales role where your ideas matter, this is the place for you.
