Community Growth Representative

Overview

We’re looking for an outgoing, reliable, and people-oriented person to help grow awareness in the local community. This is not a desk marketing job — you’ll be out meeting people, building relationships, and bringing new clients into the spa.

Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses and introduce the spa
• Build referral partnerships
• Coordinate community events and pop-ups
• Represent the spa at networking events
• Encourage referrals and first-time visits
• Distribute promotional materials
• Track contacts and follow-ups
• Assist with influencer collaborations

Required Qualifications:

• Friendly and comfortable talking to new people daily
• Reliable transportation
• Organized and dependable
• Professional communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with Southlake area
• Social media familiarity

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time flexible hours. Hourly pay plus performance bonuses with growth opportunity.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
