Influencer marketing is no longer a tactic, but a growth engine that shapes how our brands stay relevant today. As Manager, Influencer Capabilities, you will sit at the center of the influencer ecosystem. This role does not own execution; instead, it elevates it by serving as a trusted peer expert who sharpens strategy, codifies best practices, and accelerates learning across brands. You will bring a strong, future-forward point of view on creator strategy, platforms, and partnership models—translating what’s working and what’s changing into clear, actionable guidance. You will ensure influencer marketing is fully integrated into full-funnel plans and help brands stay ahead of the curve.
Who you are and what you’ll do: As the Manager, Influencer Marketing Capabilities - B&W, you have the opportunity to:
Act as a subject-matter expert for influencer marketing across a portfolio of brands, maintaining a strong, future-forward point of view on creator strategy, partnerships, and platform evolution
Develop and continuously refine influencer playbooks, frameworks, and guidance that enable brand teams to execute with greater clarity, consistency, and impact
Serve as a trusted thought partner to brand-embedded influencer leads, supporting strategy development, creator selection, briefing, and activation planning at key moments
Ensure Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing is at the forefront of Influencer commerce
Ensure influencer strategies are integrated into full-funnel media, content, commerce, and cultural plans, working closely with Media, Content, Legal, and Procurement partners as needed
Create mechanisms to share learnings, tests, and trends at speed, helping brands learn faster and avoid duplicative effort Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preference in Marketing or similar)
6+ years of experience specializing in earned/paid influencer marketing with a track record of tying influencer activity to business performance
Deeply engaged in culture with a deep knowledge of all social media platforms and a keen eye for trendspotting
A strategist with experience in developing the right ecosystem of tools, talent and tactics that improves brands talkability and relevance
A data lover with excellent analytical skills who has experience measuring earned/paid influencer campaigns
A collaborator who thrives on working together with different teams and marketing specialties
Strong industry knowledge of trends, best practices & innovations
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills to tell actionable stories with data
Experience communicating directly with agency partners, talent and agents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Related experience within CPG industry
Pay: The pay range for this position is $99,700 to $149,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
