Responsibilities

  • Engage in BTB prospecting activities to generate sales and profitable growth through warm and cold calling strategies.
  • Conduct focused prospecting efforts to introduce our holistic workspace solution capabilities to prospective clients and key market influencers emphasizing the value we can deliver.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and identify potential B2B sales opportunities aligned with our target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and providing clear, compelling information about our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure follow-up actions are timely and effective.
  • Negotiate terms with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long-term success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales with a focus on new business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
