Job Summary
We are a fast-growing, founder-led startup looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support daily execution across social media, ecommerce, influencer coordination, and campaign operations.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will help ensure campaigns launch smoothly, content is scheduled accurately, and marketing systems stay organized.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Support
- Draft captions for Instagram and TikTok
- Schedule posts in Metricool
- Upload Reels and short-form content
- Organize UGC and creator content files
- Monitor comments and flag community feedback
- Track weekly social performance metrics
Ecommerce & Campaign Support
- Upload and update products in Shopify
- Set up collections and discount codes
- QA landing pages before campaigns launch
- Schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
- Update site banners and basic content
- Assist with campaign setup and launch execution
Influencer & Community Coordination
- Help source creators based on set criteria
- Send templated outreach emails
- Track gifting shipments and content deadlines
- Log influencer performance in spreadsheets
- Follow up to ensure deliverables are completed
Reporting & Execution Support
- Pull weekly marketing performance reports (social, email, traffic)
- Update dashboards with key metrics
- Highlight simple performance insights (what increased/decreased)
- Maintain organized folders and documentation
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, ecommerce, social media, or startup environments
- Entrepreneurial spirit - someone who takes initiative, thinks beyond assigned tasks, and looks for ways to improve systems
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Tech comfortable (Google Workspace required; Shopify preferred)
- Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Passion for learning new marketing techniques and staying current with industry trends

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
