Overview
We are a Los Angeles-based apparel manufacturing company serving distributors, corporate buyers, and event organizers. We operate a structured dual supply chain model:

  • LA 48-Hour Rush Production
  • China Bulk Sourcing with Managed QC
  • Hybrid Program (Speed + Scale)

We are hiring a full-time B2B Marketing & Sales Operations professional to build structured trust assets and enterprise sales materials.

This is NOT a social media or influencer marketing role.
This role is focused on writing, documentation, workflow clarity, and improving inquiry-to-order conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1) Website & B2B Positioning

  • Improve and maintain structured website pages for B2B buyers
  • Clearly explain our Rush, Bulk, and Hybrid programs
  • Create workflow and SLA documentation pages
  • Build FAQ and trust sections (capacity, lead time, QC, process)

2) Case Studies & Trust Assets

  • Produce 2–4 structured case studies per month
  • Build and update our Vendor Packet (PDF)
  • Create supply chain explanation materials (QC, logistics, production workflow)

3) Sales Support Materials

  • Assist in preparing proposals and distributor-facing documents
  • Create structured templates for quotes, program explanation, and follow-ups
  • Organize pricing program presentations and sales kit materials

4) Factory & Process Documentation

  • Capture real production workflow (photo + short video)
  • Document QC steps, packing process, and operational procedures
  • Build an organized internal content library for marketing and sales

5) B2B LinkedIn Communication (Optional)

  • Publish 1–2 structured B2B posts per week
  • Maintain professional enterprise tone (not lifestyle content)

What We Are NOT Looking For

  • Influencer-style marketing
  • Fashion branding / lifestyle social content
  • Pure graphic design role
  • Consumer marketing mindset

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales operations, marketing communications, or proposal/sales materials
  • Strong English writing skills (clear, structured, professional tone)
  • Comfortable working with a manufacturing team and being on-site when needed
  • Strong organizational skills and execution ability
  • Experience with CRM/ERP, order workflows, or documentation is a plus

Compensation

  • $65,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Performance bonus based on deliverables and conversion improvement
