Job Description
- Develops and coordinates long-term plans and strategies with the Executive Director to create a consumer-centric environment and drive business growth through product and market expansion.
- Ensures division-wide implementation of Consumer Aspiration Strategies.
- Leads program initiatives, working closely with Executive Sponsors and project teams.
- Oversees Division Annual Planning for consumer-led initiatives in Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Develops strategic roadmaps by breaking down complex issues into phased workstreams.

- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of customer engagement channels and experience in a similar industry. [Required]
- Data-driven mindset and an aptitude for technology. [Required]
- Strong initiative and dependability must exhibit strong focus on developing and executing results. [Required]
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to effectively express ideas and views through public speaking, presentations, reports, and professional correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with all types of audiences. [Required]

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare, Hospitality or related field.
- Master’s degree in in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare, Hospitality or related field.
Work Experience
- 2+ years in healthcare industry [Preferred]
- 2+ years managing a team [Required]
- 5+ years of managing cross-functional teams five (5) years of experience with consumer strategy or other complimentary experience [Required]
