POSITION SUMMARY
Caribbean Media Group (CMG) is seeking a high-performing Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead sales, client relationship management, and campaign execution for CMG’s digital marketing clients. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (English and Spanish) who can build strong relationships, sell digital marketing services, and ensure client satisfaction through disciplined execution and measurable results.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between CMG and assigned clients. The candidate must be highly organized, sales-driven, and capable of managing multiple client accounts while coordinating internal teams to deliver top-tier digital marketing campaigns.
KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Grow CMG revenue through new client acquisition and upselling into existing accounts.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction through proactive communication and performance delivery.
- Oversee digital marketing strategy execution and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
- Improve client performance metrics through campaign optimization and reporting.
- Position CMG as the preferred digital marketing agency for small and mid-sized businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the dedicated Account Manager for assigned digital marketing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
- Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly review meetings with clients.
- Ensure clear communication of timelines, expectations, campaign results, and next steps.
- Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain client satisfaction and ensure contract renewals and expansions.
2. Digital Marketing Sales and Business Development
- Sell CMG digital marketing services including monthly retainers and campaign packages.
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and community engagement.
- Present proposals, marketing strategies, and campaign concepts to prospective clients.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
- Close deals and negotiate agreements with support from CMG leadership.
- Identify upsell opportunities such as paid ads, website upgrades, SEO, video production, or influencer campaigns.
3. Digital Campaign Strategy Oversight
- Coordinate the development and execution of client digital marketing strategies.
- Oversee planning and implementation of:
- Social media campaigns
- Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
- Email marketing campaigns
- SEO and website traffic improvement strategies
- Content calendars and promotional campaigns
- Brand awareness and lead generation campaigns
- Ensure content aligns with client brand identity and objectives.
- Review and approve deliverables before submission to clients.
4. Project Management and Internal Coordination
- Build and manage project timelines and monthly task trackers for each account.
- Coordinate with CMG teams including designers, content creators, video editors, and web developers.
- Ensure client deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.
- Track all requests, revisions, approvals, and deadlines.
- Prevent scope creep by ensuring all work stays within the contracted scope.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for clients including:
- Reach and impressions
- Engagement rates and follower growth
- Website clicks and traffic
- Lead generation performance
- Paid ad performance (CPC, CPM, conversions)
- Content performance analysis
- Recommend improvements and optimizations based on campaign performance.
- Translate performance results into actionable insights for clients.
6. Billing and Contract Support
- Ensure clients are invoiced correctly and on schedule.
- Support follow-up on late payments and ensure billing discipline.
- Track deliverables against contract scope and maintain documentation.
- Assist with renewals, contract extensions, and service upgrades.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing sales, account management, or agency/client service roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to sell services and close deals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with weekly reporting accountability.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT (MANDATORY)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Hispanic communities in South Florida.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience managing paid ads budgets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress.
- Knowledge of Caribbean diaspora markets is a strong advantage.

This role will be evaluated based on:
- Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved

- Campaign delivery accuracy and timeliness
- Monthly reporting quality and consistency
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
- Base salary (competitive based on experience)
- Commission on new client acquisitions and upsells
- Performance bonuses tied to revenue and retention
- Travel reimbursement for client meetings and activations
- Opportunity for growth into Senior Account Manager or Account Director role
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid position with frequent travel across South Florida for client meetings, events, and activations.
- Occasional evening and weekend work required during events and campaign launches.
