Our client is building the first universal payments platform powered by digital currency, transforming everyday spending (rent, bills, mortgage, shopping, P2P) into real rewards and homeownership incentives. We are launching a new consumer utility token powering real-world payment programs, not speculation. The client's mission is simple: Reward people for the money they already spend. Our client is preparing for national expansion and need a high-caliber KOL & Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead global awareness and demand generation across Web3, fintech, creator economy, and mainstream lifestyle verticals.

The Role 

This is not a send DMs and hope influencer job. This is a strategic, data-driven, compliance-aware partnership role focused on building a long-term creator ecosystem that drives: 

-Qualified waitlist growth 

-Program enrollments (RentForward", BillPay, MegaLow Rate") 

-MP Token adoption 

-Brand credibility in regulated markets 

You will architect and execute our client's influencer engine from strategy to performance optimization. ________________________________________ 

What You'll Own 

Strategy & Campaign Architecture

-Build and manage our client's KOL roadmap across Web3, fintech, real estate, lifestyle, and creator economy sectors 

-Identify tier 1, tier 2, and micro-influencer targets aligned with brand positioning 

-Develop launch campaigns tied to key milestones (Token launch, program rollout, exchange listings, builder partnerships) 

Influencer Outreach & Deal Structuring

-Source, vet, and negotiate influencer contracts 

-Structure performance-based partnerships (CPA, rev-share, hybrid, flat fee + bonus models) 

-Manage influencer onboarding and briefing materials 

Performance & Analytics

-Track conversion metrics (CTR, sign-ups, enrollments, GPV impact) 

-Optimize campaigns based on data 

-Manage influencer dashboards and reporting 

-Align creator output with KPI targets 

Compliance & Messaging Alignment

-Ensure all influencer messaging aligns with legal guidance

-Avoid prohibited language (investment/security claims) 

-Work closely with Legal & Compliance to approve scripts and posts 

-Implement FTC disclosure compliance 

Creative Collaboration

-Collaborate with CMO, Creative Director, and in-house production team 

-Develop high-impact social campaigns (TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts)

-Coordinate with video and design teams for premium content assets 

-Lead creator challenges, branded trends, and co-branded series 

Ecosystem Growth

-Build long-term ambassador programs 

-Create referral + affiliate systems 

-Identify real estate agents, property managers, and fintech creators as strategic growth partners

Who You Are

-3+ years in influencer marketing, Web3 partnerships, or fintech growth 

-Deep understanding of crypto + mainstream audience psychology 

-Experienced in performance tracking tools and affiliate systems 

-Strong negotiation skills 

-Comfortable operating in regulated environments 

-Able to work cross-functionally with legal, product, and marketing 

-Highly organized and execution-focused 

Bonus:

-Existing Web3 creator relationships 

-Experience launching tokens or fintech platforms 

-Familiarity with SEC/FTC guidelines
