Position Summary

The Vice President of Sales will serve as the chief revenue officer for the Peak Roofing Partners platform. This executive will own the full sales strategy and execution across our family of brands, build a high-performance, scalable sales organization, create standardized yet flexible processes that work for both current and future acquired companies, and deliver significant year-over-year revenue growth while protecting margins and brand reputation.

This is a high-impact executive leadership role best suited for a proven sales leader who has scaled revenue in residential roofing, home services, or construction — ideally in multi-brand, multi-location, or acquisition-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full revenue responsibility (top-line and margin contribution) across Action Roofing, Skymark Roofing, and future Peak Roofing Partners brands
  • Develop and execute a unified yet brand-aware sales strategy that supports both organic growth and successful integration of acquired companies
  • Build, lead, mentor, and scale a best-in-class sales organization (inside sales, field sales, canvassing, retail/hurricane-response teams, insurance-focused sales)
  • Create standardized, repeatable sales playbooks, processes, and CRM usage (HubSpot, ServiceTitan, AccuLynx or similar) that can be adopted across brands
  • Drive consistent, high-quality lead generation through digital marketing, door-to-door canvassing, storm-response programs, retail partnerships, insurance carrier and adjuster relationships, and referral networks
  • Establish clear KPIs, accurate forecasting, and real-time performance visibility at the brand, team, and individual level
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Integration teams to align sales capacity, branding, and financial objectives
  • Lead pricing strategy, margin discipline, and service bundling decisions across the platform
  • Oversee rapid-response sales execution during storm events while protecting long-term brand integrity
  • Support M&A by evaluating sales organizations of acquisition targets and accelerating revenue performance post-close
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent across multiple brands and locations
  • Foster a high-accountability, results-oriented sales culture that reflects Peak Roofing Partners’ values

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior sales leadership (Director of Sales, VP of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer)
  • Proven track record scaling revenue from $20M–$150M+ in residential roofing, restoration, home services, or related field-service industries
  • Experience leading multi-channel sales teams (canvass, inside, field, retail, storm-response, insurance-driven)
  • Strong knowledge of Florida’s residential roofing market, insurance claims ecosystem, hurricane cycles, and competitive dynamics
  • Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing CRM and sales-tech stacks
  • Financial acumen — comfortable owning revenue, gross margin, and sales productivity metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

  • Experience in a private-equity-backed platform or roll-up model
  • Background integrating sales organizations during acquisitions
  • Existing relationships with Florida insurance adjusters, carriers, realtors, builders, or HOAs
  • Familiarity with modern revenue tech (CRM + dialers + conversation intelligence)
