ReechCraft, Inc.—a leader in innovative access solutions based in Fargo, ND—is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Spokane, WA, area to cover our Northwest territory, which includes
WA, OR, ID, MT,
and
WY.
In this remote position, you will establish and maintain relationships with customers to meet sales goals and maximize company revenue and profitability. If you have experience in the access equipment industry and are well-connected with professionals in the construction rental sector, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Establish relationships with new customers and enhance relationships with current customer base
- Identify and enlist new dealers to champion ReechCraft products
- Analyze market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive product landscape to adjust sales strategies
- Assist in technical and safety training to dealers and end users, and lead training as necessary
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience required
- Previous experience in the
access or equipment rental
industry a must
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with both team members and customers
- Self-starter with the ability to work remotely and collaborate with a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Experience utilizing HubSpot CRM or related software
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, mostly within the assigned territory and to attend national trade shows
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
