$85,000 – $90,000 DOE + Quarterly Performance Bonus
We are a rapidly growing software company building innovative native mobile
applications across dating, hospitality, and healthcare-fintech. Our portfolio includes
a next-generation dating app, a hospitality booking platform, and a healthcare-based
app.
We are seeking a Manager of Social Media & Content to help lead and execute
social campaigns across all brands. This role is ideal for a digital-native app marketer
who understands social media, organic storytelling, and community growth, and who
thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands and verticals
- Own day-to-day content planning, publishing, and optimization across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
- Build engaging short-form and long-form content strategies
- Oversee content calendar development across apps and campaigns
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to translate brand strategy into compelling social storytelling
- Analyze performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rates, growth metrics) with Manager, Data Analytics, and present insights
- Design social graphics and visual content using Canva (or similar tools)
- Support influencer and UGC partnerships
- Monitor social trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities
- Develop community engagement strategies to build loyalty and brand advocacyWhat
We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit growth strategies
- Demonstrated ability to grow audiences and drive measurable performance results
- Proficiency in Canva and A.I. design tools
- Experience working in startup, tech, consumer app, hospitality, fintech, or DTC environments preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly
- Excellent writing skills with an understanding of tone differentiation across brands
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Collaborative, self-starter mentality with ownership mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 DOE
- Quarterly performance bonus
- On-site with hybrid/remote option, 5 days a month in-office, available for an exceptional candidate
