Position Summary
We're seeking a eCommerce and Retail Media Manager to lead the execution and optimization of digital marketing programs across paid, owned, and partner channels. This role is both strategic and hands-on — ideal for a performance-driven marketer with strong experience in DTC, retail, and Amazon ecosystems. You will drive growth through paid media, digital content, marketing technology, and data insights to improve conversion, customer acquisition, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital campaigns across paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, TikTok), retargeting, display, and affiliate
- Manage paid retail media efforts (Amazon, Instacart, Ibotta, etc.) and ensure alignment with channel-specific goals
Amazon, DTC & Ecommerce Support
- Maintain and update product listings, digital shelves, and promotional calendars across Shopify, Amazon, and retail portals
- Oversee content, assets, and campaigns across marketplaces and direct sales channels
- Partner with operations on inventory visibility, product syncs, shipping integrations, and accurate order tracking
CRM, Email & SMS
- Coordinate execution of email and SMS campaigns
- Build and manage customer segmentation, lifecycle flows, and promotions to increase LTV and retention
Analytics & Martech
- Own digital marketing dashboards and reporting, providing regular insights on campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and other KPIs
- Work with platforms such as GA4, Looker, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify Analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions
- Manage platform integrations (FarApp, NetSuite, Syndigo, 1WorldSync, etc.) to ensure accurate data flow and customer experience
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for agency partners and external platforms; oversee deliverables, timelines, and optimizations
- Contribute to budgeting, software evaluation, and implementation to support marketing efficiency and scale
Growth Initiatives
- Assist in testing and launching new digital programs: influencer/affiliate marketing, partnerships, giveaways, and cross-channel experiments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, eCommerce, Sales, and Ops to support marketing goals and brand consistency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proven expertise in paid media execution, campaign optimization, and martech tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Google Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, retail media networks (Instacart, Ibotta), and affiliate/influencer marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of customer journey, full-funnel marketing, segmentation, and conversion rate optimization
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
