Job Title: Media & Marketing Coordinator for Smoke & Vape Shop Franchisee

Location: Multi-Location (15 Retail Smoke Shop Locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flex Schedule

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Media & Marketing Coordinator to oversee digital marketing efforts and coordinate in-store promotional events across our 15 smoke shop locations. This role will be responsible for managing our Instagram presence, increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and planning and executing at least two promotional events per month.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management (Primary Focus: Instagram)

  • Develop and execute a monthly Instagram content strategy aligned with brand goals
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotions
  • Manage posting schedule and maintain consistent brand voice
  • Grow followers organically and increase engagement rates
  • Monitor trends and implement relevant content strategies
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Track analytics and provide monthly performance reports

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute a minimum of two in-store events per month
  • Coordinate with store managers to select event themes and promotions
  • Partner with vendors and brands for sponsorships, giveaways, and product showcases
  • Promote events through social media and in-store marketing
  • Manage event logistics including staffing, materials, setup, and breakdown
  • Capture photo and video content during events for social media use

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating promotional materials (flyers, digital ads, signage)
  • Ensure consistent branding across all locations
  • Identify local marketing opportunities to drive foot traffic
  • Support new store openings and major promotional campaigns
  • Maintain relationships with influencers and local community partners

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, event coordination, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies and trends
  • Experience planning and executing events
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and deadlines
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar preferred)
  • Photography and video editing experience is a plus
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail, smoke shop, or lifestyle branding
  • Influencer marketing experience
  • Understanding of paid social media advertising

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
