- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
- Monitor social listening channels to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and respond proactively to customer inquiries or feedback.
- Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and implementing best practices to improve organic reach.
- Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with public relations teams to enhance brand reputation through media outreach, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce efforts through targeted promotions.
- Proofread all content meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to branding standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Skilled in video editing for producing engaging multimedia content that captures audience attention.
- Familiarity with social management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail in proofreading and branding consistency.
