📣 Hiring: Junior Event Producer (Miami / Fort Lauderdale — Remote Local)

I’m partnering with a nationally recognized experiential agency to add a Junior Event Producer to their growing team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of event or agency experience who wants to level up and gain hands-on exposure to brand activations, pop-ups, trade shows, influencer events, and more.

You must be based in Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Support producers on event planning, logistics, and onsite execution
• Assist with timelines, budgets, vendor quotes, and run‑of‑show documents
• Help source local venues, staffing, and production vendors
• Contribute to deck building, creative brainstorming, and event recaps
• Maintain organized project files (Google Drive, Asana, etc.)
• Travel as needed for onsite support

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experiential, agency, or event production experience
• Some exposure to event logistics, vendor coordination, or activations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Miami/Fort Lauderdale event resources
• Reliable transportation and ability to work remotely while being locally available

✨ Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting brand activations, pop-ups, trade shows, influencer events, or mobile tours
• Industry exposure in wine/spirits, beauty, lifestyle, or corporate events
