Our financial services client is looking for a Paid Social Coordinator to support the team for a fully-remote assignment (40 hrs/week). This role is currently budgeted for around 4-months; however, there's a strong possibility that it will be extended.
The Paid Social Coordinator is responsible for executing data driven, high impact paid social boosting campaigns across major platforms, including Meta and TikTok. This role supports cross-functional teams by managing end-to-end boosting operations from strategy development and campaign setup to optimization, insights, and reporting. The coordinator partners closely with Media, Integrated Marketing, and agency stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and measurable results.
Paid Social Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop tactical boosting strategies for influencer content, organic social posts, and paid media initiatives.
- Set up and traffic campaigns directly in platform (Meta, TikTok), ensuring accurate configuration and timely launches.
- Oversee campaign execution throughout the entire lifecycle, including media purchasing and pacing management.
- Continuously monitor live campaigns to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for KPIs.
- Generate insights from campaign data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Produce performance reports that clearly communicate outcomes, learnings, and next steps.
- Act as a liaison between Media, Integrated Marketing, and external agency teams.
- Provide clear, proactive communication to internal and external partners to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Support broader team initiatives during periods of increased workload or shifting priorities.
Paid Social Coordinator Requirements:
- Hands-on paid social execution
- Direct expertise launching and managing ads in-platform on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong reporting and optimization skills
- Ability to interpret campaign data, derive insights, and make optimization decisions in real time.
- Excellent cross-functional communication
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and agencies.
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience (agency or client-side).
- Experience developing holistic, end-to-end media or boosting plans.
- Prior agency experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns (preferred).
