Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve online visibility and organic reach.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate public relations efforts to promote positive brand image through media outreach and community engagement.
  • Oversee branding initiatives ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media innovations, and emerging platforms to keep the company at the forefront of industry developments.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong understanding of social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Expertise in SEO techniques including keyword research and content optimization.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and other paid social media advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
  • Ability to craft compelling content tailored for different audiences across multiple channels.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with influencers, partners, and community members.
  • Strong proofreading skills ensuring high-quality communication materials.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to support online sales initiatives.
  • Skills in photography and video editing to produce original visual content that enhances storytelling efforts.
  • Understanding of branding principles to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all digital touchpoints.

Pay: $45,949.96 - $55,337.58 per year
